ask, vga power watt

i need help, i wanna up my vga to gtx 750ti/1050 non power pin

but i confused on recomended psu

 

on zotac web, gtx 750ti single fan recomended psu 400w

and on nvidia web, gtx 750 ti minimus psu 300w. i know diferent recomended and minimum

 

i look on web review gtx 750ti single fan load watt 163 on Unigine Heave 4.0 with out monitor. they use i7 5960X and psu Corsair AX1200

on gtx 1050 176watt

 

and my ask, i have psu 300w from dell, my pc dell vostro 260 with spec i5-2400, ram4gb, hdd 320gb and vga gt420

if i buy gtx 750ti from zotac, and on web psu recomended 400w ( hope can find gtx 1050 in my place )

but my psu from dell 300w no 80+, can my pc handle 750ti with no problem? and i wanna up my ram to 12gb (4gb+8gb) and add 1ssd sata 2.5" and add 1fan 9/12cm. can my psu 300w no 80+ from dell handle this?

Shouldnt be a problem.  CPU is 65w at most, 750 Ti is ~60w, other parts might pull ~25w.  You should be well within your PSU specs, though PSUs that old sometimes cant put out their full rated wattage.

Efficiency has nothing to do with quality

Companies over estimating wattage demand just in case you might plug 10 drives or something

sory i forget 1 question, my pc have 4gbX1 ram with spec ddr3 pc12800 timing 9-9-9-24

if i wanna add more ram, like 8gbX1 with same ddr3 pc12800 but different timing, thats ok or not? and if not ok, what problem/damage if i push add ram with no same timing?

to hard search with timing 9-9-9-24, and if ok not same timing, what timing recomended i choose?

You need to have memory with the exact same timings or you will encounter lots of drama getting it to work properly.

ok thanks for answer sir,

 

if i up vga to gtx 1650/1650 super, there is huge bottleneck sir??

or just buy gtx 1050/1050ti??

1650S is about as high as I would go.  There are some instances where going higher will get better FPS, but because of the weak CPU you may see more wild FPS swings.  Playing at a pretty solid 45-60 FPS tends to be a better experience than having a FPS range of 45-120.
