Frames dropping

I have a ryzen 5 2400g and an RX 580 8gb. I was playing overwatch on ultra settings earlier this afternoon and getting 200+fps. I just ran overwatch now, and am getting 40 fps. Restarted my game many times already. Is there a fix for this? I checked for Drivers updates and things, but nothing was wrong.

It's sitting at about 56 C under load, 33 C idle. The fans don't start spinning until about 50 C I think.

 
Already uninstalled drivers twice and reinstalled. Might check out the Drivers from Gigabyte's support page, but those are very outdated, so I'm not sure. Spent all night trying to figure out the problem.
