Build or to Buy

Budget (including currency): $1000 US

Country: US

Looking for some advice, I currently have a 2015 MacBook Pro running dual LED 28" UHD Monitor (4K, 3840 X 2160, 60Hz, with AMD FreeSync). During a normal day I typically use Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat and multiple tabs in Chrome. I’m looking to switch back to a PC but don’t know whether to buy or build a computer that could run both monitors at 4K and run my programs. Anyone have any good advice?

Build, you get better $-performance when you build

@yt_domdabomb20 Do you think I would need more then 16GB of ram? I hear a lot of people talking about the need for more ram running dual 4K monitors. I have no idea if this is true or not

you can get windows off ebay for a few dollars to save money.

you can put the extra $23 on a better case with more fans instead.
