Requesting Help for Speakers (XBOX) and possibility of a DAC/AMP set up

I'm about to set up a gaming set up with PC and Xbox One, but the monitors I got do not have onboard audio. I have headphones, but I would like to hook up speakers to the Xbox. I honestly have no experience with speakers since all I've used for my xbox were TVs and a travel monitor with onboard audio.

 

What do?

 

Also, Is a DAC/AMP set up worth it for Xbox? Thinking of a Schiit Hel for my PC.
