PC not posting

Hi all, I have finished my first PC build but it is not posting. It is, however turning on and the fans are spinning. Is there any tips or tricks to find the problem, either specifically for my PC or in general? Here is my build:

How is the monitor connected, have you tried connecting from the onboard graphics port to your monitor? Make sure and go through the No Post Thread.

The monitor is connected via hdmi. I have tried through the onboard as well as the graphics card

Did you ask the seller if the motherboard came with an update bios? B450 motherboards don't support Ryzen 3rd gen out of the box, it's up to the seller whether to update the bios or not.

I fixed it by taking out the cmos battery and putting it back in after a minute!
