Hello, I just bought this Hp all in one pc (Model- 20-c023w) off of a friend a work for pretty cheap. The only issue with it is that it the cpu runs at 100% doing anything such as opening just 1 chrome tab, or any app or settings, even just moving my mouse back and fourth makes it go to 100%. The memory and disk seem to be fine though, I think. Memory sits at around 50-60% and disk sits anywhere from 0-10%.

Is there any fix for this or do I just need to upgrade the cpu?

Edit: This pc has a Molokai-u motherboard which says the cpu is not upgradeable. Not sure what to do now.
