Do these temps make sense?

I CPU and Mobo yesterday and temps are most fine except these, TMPIN2, 5, and 6. I measured the mobo surface temps with a IR thermometer and saw nothing higher then 55 C. Should I be worried at all? Mobo is a ASUS Z87M-PLUS with i7 4770k, Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pure 2.

Wrong readings. Try looking at temps in BIOS, or use HWINFO or some other program.

Looks like the sensors are miss reporting. I'll update the BIOS and report back.

Either the sensors aren't being correctly read by the software or they're just unused.

In the case of most ASUS Z87 boards, AI Suite used to provide the most accurate readings iirc, though this will obviously vary since lower-end boards have fewer temperature sensors compared to the higher-end ones.
