I’m sharing my internet from my phone and it connects to my pc and everything but the internet doesn’t work

That doesn't give us any information. Do you have cell reception? Do webpages just not load? What does the Wireless icon show you? Did you try reconnecting?

Do you have a tethering plan? Not all plans offer this, and if you dont have that, it will not work.

 

How are you connecting? Wireless? Bluetooth? USB?

I have tried everything and it has worked before just not now and yes the icon shows and Borg wireless and Bluetooth nothing works

Your PC may hold back while using metered connections, go through the wi-fi settings

What happens when you run a PING test from the PC? We need far more details to help beyond "it’s connected but nothing that needs internet work" in order to help.

Erm, that can be caused by a number of things, but I'd start with completely uninstalling & reinstalling your network drivers, then making sure you don't have any rogue / extra drivers installed, such as those for a VPN or a Virtual Machine of some kind. (I've had wonky stuff happen with both VirtualBox and VMWare's network drivers before.)
