yes I have flash drive with a windows on it

Ok plug in that flash drive and press f2 (most motherboards have different key presses but ususally f11 or f12 or del will also get you to either the BIOS or the boot menu) on boot up. You need to boot into the flash drive to install windows onto the new ssd.

You will loose any data that was on the ssd (assuming its new and you just bought it that should literally be nothing)

is your system set to uefi only?

Does it show the usb at all? Could be a issue with the usb drive.

Are you 110% sure you used the Windows Media Creation tool correctly to get Windows Installer onto the thumb drive?

No I’m not very accurate at doing things when I’m not focusing that hard sorry I’m dumber

Ok you need to go download the media creation tool if you havent already. Then start it and have it auto select settings and make sure to have it install onto the thumbdrive, not the dvd option. It will take a while to complete after that.

well of course once it is done copying crap to the usb thumbdrive (must be 8gb or more btw) then you will have to boot to it.
