I apologize in advance but I don't think we can see that clear. If it boots and you are able to get into an OS, you should be fine. Just check the system info to make sure all your components are showing up, and that nothing is over heating. Simple steps would help you to understand if everything is working right.

I need to know if the mobo detects any issue with one of the components. That LEDs tells me but I don't know the meaning of them. The system opens up in Windows and it's fine. :)

Check your motherboard manual, or Google them. If the machine is booting into an OS, then there's no errors. Likely those codes are telling you what is being scanned by the BIOS before the machine posts.

CPU, GPU, RAM and boot device (i.e. the SSD or HDD, wherever the OS is installed to)

 

so debug LEDs really dont help with this
