Wine Problems - Registry Key for Root Install

Hi LTT.

 

I will be going back to college soon. For this i got a laptop, put on POPOS [20.04].

 

I will need the program Chemdraw. <links removed by staff>

I have gotten so far as installing the program(using wine and winetricks), but upon going through the install wizard, and finishing the following errors occurs and the program closes without launching. I don't understand where they are coming from.

Any Ideas?? I'm a bit lost here. I don't understand which keys are missing. Previous errors were a little more straightforward.
