i was seeing alot of people hitting like 70+ and i have never seen mine go above 62 maybe 63 no matter what i have been doing. I even had it OC to 4.2ghz with boost still enabled so it never would drop from 4.2.
In fact i actually got the x only for the extra tdp not the extra base clock because i assumed tdp will allow me more headroom to boost and oc if i wanted. My 2600's did not do nearly as good on cooling nor speed

hwmonitor

 Normal temps but quick note

Use hwinfo64 because it's newer and has a way more correct reading

tbh i have ran both side by side and have seen no difference. The only difference i see is there is more stuff on hwinfo i need to hide so i can see the important stuff in one screen lol even with a 4k monitor

Fair enough just wanted to let you know

And in the future hwinfo64 will get some stuff more accurately
