Help me with solution

So i upgraded my pc

I5 8400

Gigabyte b360m gaming hd

Msi 1660 super

Samsung 860 evo m.2

Wd 1tb hdd

Cooler master mwe 550 80+ white

 After i install windows and update the display drivers my pc keeps restarting  on a loop, but if i direct open game it works fine. Can someone help me with this

Ddu the GPU drivers, update chipset drivers, update bios. 
 

clear cmos, try booting with 1 stick at a time.

Reseat your GPU. Maybe you're running on integrated grahics atm. What did you upgrade and which parts were reused?

No its running on graphics card's graphics

Professor, motherboard, hdd and 1 ram stick is old. Gpu, power supply, ssd, 1 ram stick and cabinet is new

Might be the ram sticks. Mixing kits isn’t recommended.

Ram sticks are of same brand 

Both are kingston 8gb ddr4 @ 2400
