My pc isn’t getting power

I have tried everything. Now I need everybody’s help with this problem I have. My Dell optiplex 790 wont turn on for some reason. I have installed a new power supply and did some troubleshooting. I pressed the diagnostic button on the back of the supply and everything lights up. My computer refuses to turn on for some reason. I have tried everything. I need help. My dell optiplex is only 3 years old. I got it from my uncle.

Can you post pictures or a video of the computer?

 

What do you mean by "Wont turn on", nothing at all? power but no display?

 

 

CPU: i5-4690k @ 4.4 GHz | RAM: 12GB DDR3 1333MHz | GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 580 4GB

It won’t turn on at all. I just installed a new power supply and still nothing. I push the power button and nothing happens. I will post some pics in the morning it’s late where I live.

Oem builds have proprietary mobos and psus 

You can not change the PSU you could have fried the board

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).
