how many sata ports do we have on the psu- like the evga 700br? 

can i connect 2 smart devices v2 to a single nzxt h510 h510 elite case?

psu has sata power connectors and molex connectors.  "sata ports" is what you typically refer to sata DATA connectors on the motherboard.

 

As for how many... are you too lazy to go on evga's website and look at the specs?

You have 3 cables, each with 3 connectors, so a total of 9 sata power connectors.

You also have 3 molex connectors ... you can buy molex to 2-3 x sata connector cables ... and you get more sata power connectors that way.

The connectors on the case have to be connected to motherboard to work. It's up to your motherboard and what headers it has, to make your case connectors working.
