High Thread Count Adobe Media Encoder Crash

Okay so I'm making science youtube videos and since I edit in Premiere I use Adobe Media Encoder to export my videos. I'm using a Ryzen 5 1600. It is overclocked but I've seen this happen when not overclocked too.

 

Whenever I use Media Encoder I have to manually go into task manager and block it from using 4 of my 12 threads otherwise it crashes almost immediately into the video render. As such I only get to use 4 of my 6 cores fully.

 

I'm encoding in H.264.

 

Any help would be much appreciated

If you can pass Cinebench R20 with your OC, I see no reason you cant use Adobe Premiere.  

 

Does it happen each time when not overclocked or sometimes?  Repeatable (I.E. you can get 1 or two things done, third always crashes etc)?

Editing in premiere runs fine but every time I try to encode in media encoder it crashes
