This would do nicely. I highly recommend used market to save money with the graphics card. Also, if you find a Ryzen 3 3100 or 3300X near their intended prices ($100 and $120 respectively) then those are also great money savers.

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

yeah if you are willing to buy used that would save you LOTS of cash and you could save it for games or better parts
