Hotspot shield problem???

So I'm at school trying to get on a site and using hotspot shield to get to it, but when i try to connect to the website it gives me and ssl error. I'm using chrome if that helps any...

EDIT: And when i'm not on hot spot shield can't get on youtube either and it's not the school.

Only other thing I can think of is school firewall then.
