I built a new pc a few days ago, and everything was going fine until the audio all messed up. It sounded terrible, and was crackly and randomly cut out when I was mid csgo match or any time really. I fixed the terrible sound by changing it to 192000Hz, but it's still crackly and cuts out. Help me!!!

Sounds like the new windows update screwed with your audio settings, try uninstalling your audio drivers and downloading them again.
Also try setting all your audio sample rates to 24bit 44.1khz, the cutting out you're experiencing sounds like a buffer issue that can be fixed by lowering the sample rate.

Have you already tried testing the audio device (assuming some kind of headphone) in an different type of system to verify that its not the cause of the problem?

Also most game sounds are recorded using 24 Bits 48kHz sound, so switching to 192kHz shouldnt make much of a difference. If you using USB headphones I would first try using different USB ports if you have no other way to test it and try to reinstall drivers (after uninstalling original) if that doesn't work.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers many times, and even tried loading a restore point, and it hasn't changed 🙁

I've tried many different headphones, and no change.

did you try all the methods here?

https://blog.pcrisk.com/windows/12783-laptop-speakers-crackling-how-to-fix-it#:~:text=The most common fix for,the Windows default sound format.&text=To change the sound format, directed to the Playback tab.

especially Disable All Enhancements part

honestly it sound like either a driver issue or incompatible cable jack (broken or dirty), if all these method fail it may be the hardware issue (try rotating your audio jack a bit sometime help but this mean it might be the time to look for a replacement soon)
