High volts???

Hello!

I bought this ryzen 5 1600 AF like a while ago
It ran perfectly fine at the beginning
But now its kinda weird
It reaches 65 degrees when gaming so i guess thats normal?
But it reaches 1.300 volts or even higher at times!
Idle or gaming it doesnt matter
Is that normal?
Also lately im experiencing fps drops in game
i dont know if i turned on something in the bios or something
but i dont know

Enable xmp/ dcop

High for stock but when overclocking 1.35v is low balling it.

 

Make sure you arent reading VID
