Adata SU800 128gb VS WD Green 240GB ? same price

So my only choices are these : ADATA su800 128Gb WITH DRAM cache and WD green 240gb without dram for about the same price 

which one should i pick ?

For booting in Windows?  The WB Green.   For everything else?   The WB Green.

 

128GB drive is only good if you can guarantee less than 100GB will be used.  Maybe mom's laptop, replacing her HDD?  For regular folks, 240GB minimum.

Yeah, if that's all you want to spend then DRAM-less is fine.  I prefer DRAM, but your budget is your budget.
