CSGO low fps

Amd Ryzen 3 3200g 

Kingston ram 8GB 2666 mhz 

Rx 580 4gb NITRO+

Gigabyte a320m-h

SSD M2 240 WDG

Windows 10 64bit

Psu Njoy 450W 80+

In CSGO 4:3 1400x1050 everything low i have 80-130 fps and i know that my pc can do 200 ,what can i do to have  200fps constant (i want to buy a 144hz monitor )

Is the display cable plugged into the graphics card?

Is Multicore Rendering turned on in the game's settings?

CS:GO didn't pair too well with Zen and Zen+ (which the 3200G is), so I wouldn't expect anything too special from it, especially since it's only a 4C/4T part.

The display cable is plugged into the graphics card and yes,the multicore rendering is turned on  ( I saw on yt  a video with a ryzen 3 2200g paired with rx 570 ,that guy had 200-270 fps without drops and he played full hd with medium settings )

Did you check your temperatures ?

What is your CPU and GPU utilization in game ?

I don t have problems with the temperatures,i have max 45* C and 65% cpu utilization

Gpu utilization 30-50%

Playing with only 8gbs of ram isn't helping you at all. Another 8 gbs with the xmp profile enabled in the bios would work wonders. 8 gbs is chicken feed for gaming.
