Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

You gonna overclok? Also a 1 gb ssd doesn't exist. A rtx 2080 is basically a rtx 2070 super for 200 more dollars. Lastly the most you can get out of a 1000 dollar pc is something like a 3600 5700xt build and that is still stretching the budget so there is no way you can put a rtx 2080 unless it's 400ish dollars.

550W are enough, make sure to get a good quality one. look for B+ and above from the PSU tier list in my signature

Thanks for the help! But does not ryzen 5 come with an cooler? And I have found a cheaper motherboard, MSI B450-A Pro Max. Do you know what's the difference?

I'm not going to overclock. I have found old rtx 2080s for around 500 dollars and I think I would be able to find an 2070 super for around 400 dollars. Do you think an 5700xt is as good as an 2070 super or 2080?

yes, it comes with a cooler. it's a bit noisy, but it works.

msi b450-a pro max is good as well, but it has just 1 m.2 slots.

make sure not to get the msi b450m-a pro max, which is trash.

both 2070s and 2080s are better than the 5700xt
