So I've come to the final part of putting together my PC build and the site I will be purchasing from doesnt have a lot of options and others not in stock, so Im wondering whats the "best" one out of these 2 or shall I look on another site?

1. Seasonic Focus GX650W 80+ Gold

2. Corsair RM Series™ RM650 80 PLUS Gold Fully Modular

They are both good options, though the Focus GX does run quieter if you are trying to do a silent PC build.

Is there any reason to choose the Corsair then if that's the case?

Only thing I can think of would be customer service. Haven't had a Seasonic PSU, but I did have to RMA a couple of Corsair products (RAM and Keyboard) and their customer service was pretty quick and easy. I don't know a thing about Seasonic's customer service or how they do their warranties, so if someone who does have experience with Seasonic RMAs could reply, that would be great.

I just put the PC together on PCpartpicker and it estimates It would use 364W, you think it would be safe to go for a 550W PSU instead of 650W to save some money?

If you can find a similar quality PSU that's 550w, in stock, and is cheaper by $10 or more; go for it as long as you aren't trying to power something like a 2080ti and a 10900k.
