Depends on the game and monitor. Usually tho better CPU is preferred as CPUs tends to stay relevant much longer than GPUs.

1600AF is meant to be $85, just usually out of stock or much more expensive than that

Go with 3600 and 5700/xt.

The cheapest Rtx 2060 goes fr around $300, and the cheapest 5700 also goes for around $300.

 

There are many possibilities, u need to explore. Like just get 5700 and flash modded 5700xt bios on it. And wallah, u have unlocked free performance.

rtx 2060 is around 310 and rx 5700 is around 340 is the performance gain worth 30 bucks?

yes, the 5700 is comparable to a 2060super/2070
