Very slow upload speeds on WIFI (Windows 10)

Hello,

I'm having problems with my Windows tablet (Samsung Galaxy Book). Since a while the upload speed have been very slow, almost non-existent. All speedtests show 0.00 Mbps (see screenshot). Every upload takes forever and many programs that automatically synchronize files with the cloud only show error messages.

I don't have this problem with any other device in the same network.

Does anyone know why this problem occurs and how to fix it?

Do you have any third party cases? Maybe they're blocking the antenna's on your tablet. Or your atenna's just dead.

try using a USB-C to RJ45 adapter if you have one.

Nope, im not using any case. I really hope the antenna isn't dead.
