Check if the cooler is mounted properly and u used enough thermal compound.

Are you using the stock cooler?

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

If it really is at idle than you probably have your cooler mounted improperly or have no thermal paste. If it's under load than this temperature is perfectly acceptable.

Is it a prebuilt pc or did you build it yourself?

When you built it yourself take it off and Mount it again. (Make sure to use enought thermal paste and mounting pressure!)

If its a prebuild call their support, as tinkering yourself will likely void your warranty.

Then take the cooler off and apply thermal paste before mounting it again.

Without thermal paste between your cooler and CPU it WILL overheat when under load.

Have a look at this: https://www.amazon.com/-/de/dp/B07LF66ZSV/ref=twister_B07RGLG8X3?_encoding=UTF8&th=1

I dont know where you are from but this is a basic and reliable product.

Before you apply it to the CPU you should watch a Video on how to do it properly.

Anything. Ryzen APU doesn't need that much. But are you using stock cooler? It should have come with pre-applied paste.
