Looking for your feedback on my new build

Budget (including currency): $2000 CAD

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Win10, Media Centre (Plex/Kodi), Mid-range games

Planned Parts:

Intel i7-9700F

Asus Prime Z390-A Motherboard

Nvidia RTX 2060 6GB Video Card (EVGA KO Gaming Edition or other)

G.Skill 32GB (2x16) DDR4-3200 Ripjaws V

Seagate BarraCuda 510 M.2 NVME (500GB) SSD

Seagate Barracuda Compute 2TB 7200RPM HDD

Corsair 650W 80+ Gold PSU

Samsung 27" 2560x1440 144Hz 4ms Monitor (LC27JG52)

Corsair Spec-06 Red/Black Case

Windows 10

Other details: I'm thinking my OS and top 1 or 2 games would be on the SSD, everything else on HDD. What do you think my system bottleneck will be? Anything here overkill? I don't generally play the latest and greatest games, just mid-range games. Am looking for something that will have super fast boot and response times with general use. Also looking for something super quiet! Will also be playing the latest MS Flight Sim when it comes out later this year.

Appreciate any feedback or advice!

doesn't make sense to invest in a superseeded platform.

if you want intel, go for 10600k, if you want ryzen, the 3700x should be around the same price.
