You can buy from the same brand , same series if you want to, but you don't have to.

You don't have to get the same brand and series/model, but I linked to it in case you want to get the same for esthetics, to have two sticks looking the same.

 

If you don't mind other brands, these will also be good and will work just fine and they're a bit cheaper:

It's not worth getting a 4 GB stick because at best you'll save 5-10 euro ... 10-20% of the total price.

What if I remove the 4 gb ram and put in an 3000 8 gb ram will it be faster

No. Unless you put TWO 8 GB 3000 Mhz, no, it won't be faster. You want TWO sticks in the computer.

It will feel a bit better by the simple fact you have 8 GB instead of 4 GB, but it will feel much better with 12 GB (8 + 4)

 

There's a trick when you have two memory sticks installed in the computer.

Think of  memory sticks as pages of paper, where the processor writes lines of text or reads lines of text.

In single channel mode (one stick of ram), the processor has no choice but to use one pen to write sentences and then read sentences.

When you have two sticks of memory, it's like the processor has two sheets of paper in front of him and two pens, and the processor can write the sentence with both hands, one pen in each hand. So with two sticks of memory, writing a sentences finishes in half the time because both sheets are written at same time.

The frequency is just how fast you write a line of text on the paper.  The 3000 Mhz "sheet of paper and pen" will finish the single line of text a bit faster than the 2400 Mhz "page of paper and pen" , but it's not as fast as writing two lines at same time. 

 

1 stick 2400 Mhz = 1 x 2400 = 2400 points. 

1 stick 3000 Mhz = 1 x 3000 = 3000 points. (125%)

2 sticks (1 x 3000 and 1 x 2400 - both will run at 2400)  = 2 x 2400 = 4800 points (200% increase)

SO using two sticks is obviously much better, you get more performance.
