yeah but no feedback and it looking professional they want it to look professional and users who bought and got something else didn't leave feedback or something like that

Reminder⚠️

I'm just speaking from experience so what I say may not work 100%

Please try searching up the answer before you post here but I am always glad to help

User has not received feedback in a year, that usually indicates an account that was legitimate in the past, but now is used for a scam.

And oh yea, this is an obvious scam. You can't sell items at far below cost, unless they 'fell of the truck'.

Usually you can just get a flashed GTS 450 or whatever. Maybe you can get your money back, but the scammer is long gone with the money. "But I can claim my money back via PayPal!". Yes, you probably can, but the scammer is already gone by that point; meaning PayPal now has to cover the costs. But whatever, do we what you want to do.

They will take a total crap old card like a gtx 450 or 650 and rename and rebuild it as a 1650

One sentence "if it's too good to be true it isn't"

For a working 1650 you will find the cheapest (usually used) to be over $100. I'd say the cheapest would be like $110 USD
