From all those years back? I doubt you'll find any

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

Of course you'll need to filter out the mobile and server chips yourself.

Alternatively to what other users have posted, maybe something like PCPartPicker's list of CPU's might work?

That mostly has current CPU's, up to a couple gens back.
