Biggest Build I’ve Done — Please Help Me Not Mess This Up

Budget (including currency): between $2500-2800 US

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Different FPS, Rocket League, but expanding to more games when I upgrade. Streaming and programming as well.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I have a HP 25x monitor, which is 1080p , 144 HZ 1ms. I plan to get another, as well as the 27x which is 1440p.

the entire build is meant to be white with a peach and yellow theme, but that’s of course not the end all be all. I’m somewhat familiar with OC but not at all an expert. The water cooler I have is half because of the aesthetics, and also because I know it will handle any over locking I do, or if I upgrade in the future.

I currently have an SSD and some hard drives, so help on how to move my OS to the new NVME drive would be much appreciated as well.

Waiting for the 4th gen won’t really work, as I’m giving my current build to my girlfriend for an anniversary gift.

I will say, this build feels significantly different from what I was going for. Especially the 2080 ti, I don’t think I’m interested in the huge price bump for the increase in performance.

most of the peripherals should stay as I had listed.

thank you for your help!
