The way cooling PC work:

  • Intake fans take the cooler air in your room and suck it in PC
  • GPU and CPU coolers will transfer heat from core to heatsink
  • Fans will move this heated air out of the case
  • Hot air will raise to ceiling of your room
  • This cycle will continue until hot air PC produced 2-4h ago is now the coolest air in your room.

PC doesn't make room hot. Its just circulating same air you breath. The way to make room cooler is not that much related to cooling PC. Well, you could get cooler parts, but those aren't for gamers. Better is to open window or get AC unit.
