Are the RX 5700 XT issues/bugs squashed?

Am about to upgrade my 1060 to a 5700 XT for RDR2 and eventually Cyberpunk 2077 when that come out this year (hopefully). Are the many issues/bugs I've heard about been fixed?

Do you mean the 5700xt? If so, then yes, I havent had any issues with my 5700 (same drivers)

I haven’t had any issues either 

No cpu mobo or ram atm

2tb wd black gen 4 nvme 

2tb seagate hdd

Corsair rm750x 

Be quiet 500dx 

Gigabyte m34wq 3440x1440

Xbox series x
