My WiFi cuts out for about every 30 minutes for a short amount of time. This does not happen on other computers in my house. This also doesn't happen when I am connected through Ethernet. I have tried changing WiFi adapters and tinkering in the network setting, but nothing works.

I have made sure to have all of the USB ports and the adapter in a non battery saving mode. I tried uninstalling the device from the control panel, but nothing worked.

I have noticed that I am getting some errors in the events of the device.

Did you try uninstalling the current drivers and installing the OS-compatible ones from the manufacturer's website?

Are other USB ports being utilized? Have you tried using another port?

Tried installing the drivers from the manufacturer's website. During the installation it just said "this driver is not compatible with your OS". Although I downloaded the right driver.

And yeah, I have tried plugging in to both the front panel and the back panel of my computer, did not change anything.

Which version of Windows are you using? And is it 32-bit or 64-bit?

You still haven't answered if other peripherals are connected over USB and how many there are.

I am running 2020-01 Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4497165), 64-bit.

Other peripherals are connected through USB. I have 4 other devices connected, but they are all connected on the back panel of the computer, separate from the WiFi adapter.

Try using the minimal number of connected USB peripherals (e.g. just your WiFi adapter, keyboard and mouse). And make sure the WiFi adapter is in a rear USB port.

That is basically all I have plugged in anyway. My keyboard takes 2 USB ports, and my headphones plug in through USB. As I mentioned, I tried using the rear USB port for the adapter, but it did not change anything. Anyway, I will try again. Do you think the problem might be related to the errors I got in the device manager (screenshots above)?

Do you have another computer that you can use the adapter on to see if the problem is reproducible? If it is, then it’s likely a faulty chipset. If it isn’t, then it’s a problem with your Windows installation and/or a Windows Update.

So far, I haven’t seen anyone with a similar adapter be able to solve this issue.

I’d just get another WiFi adapter, preferably PCIe with an Intel-based chipset.

All right! Thank a lot for your help! I never even thought about using a PCIe card, but that might help, since Ethernet works fine. And yeah, as I mentioned, I tried changing WiFi adapters and that didn't help. Also, this problem has been persistent for about 3 months now, so it is not windows update.
