Barrel scraping 5700xt is the most powerful card you could arrange for that money.  

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

If you want native Ray Tracing support you can also go for an RTX 2060S for $450 (USD)
