Budget (including currency): 720$ usd (5000 kuna)

Country: Croatia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I want to get an all around good PC, but more oriented towards a desktop PC which is also a good workstation PC because I plan on doing video editing and or 3D modeling, and on which I can play most games even if on the lowest settings.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I already made a part list:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600

GPU: AMD RX 580

RAM: G.Skill Flare X DDR4 3200 C14 2x8GB

MOBO: Gigabyte B450M DS3H

Cooler: Ryzen included wraith stealth cooler

SSD: MyDigitalSSD BPX NVMe PCIe M.2 240G

HDD: WD Blue 1TB

Case: Thermaltake Versa H18 MicroATX Mini Tower (with tempered glass)

PSU: EVGA 500 W1 80 + White 500W

I don't need any peripherals but:

Monitor: SyncMaster T260 25.5" 1920x1200 5ms 60Hz

Keyboard: Gamdias Hermes P2

Mouse: Gamdias Zeus E1A

I am upgrading from a laptop I've had for a couple of years that was originally made just for programming and I would like a new build. I plan on buying the parts wherever they're the cheapest, and I'm going to check up on them somewhat often to see if there is a sale somewhere, but if I don't find a sale for something I'm just going to go on nabava.hr or jeftinije.hr where I can see what store sells a part for the lowest price. For black friday I'm also getting a new monitor but I will keep the current one and have 2 monitors and by then hopefully the build.
