No, just use a 8 pin or 6+2 pin pcie cable

In at least 95% of cases it's not an appropriate or acceptable solution.

 

But to give you the benefit of the doubt that it may be the <5% of cases with exceptions let's hear this out - why exactly do you feel the need to use molex adapters? What GPU are you trying to use with what PSU?
