Maybe like a 960 or RX 550? Something fairly low tier

I have no idea what you want to spend and what you intend on using it for

Well that game is old CryEngine and the minimum spec is Geforce 8800 GT. My guess, anything new still available will be plenty for that game so like a GT 730 or a R7 250 for example, also used cards like the GTX 650 and newer and Radeon HD 6850 and newer will be plenty powerful. I would look for a used i5 cpu, the game engine will make use of at least 3 of the 4 cores. Used i7 2600k cpus are still too expensive.

The best budget graphics card is the RX 570/470, if you're willing to spend about $80 and want to get the best performance for your dollar. The CPU will hold it back, but you can drop in an upgrade later on to improve performance. 2nd gen i5 models come pretty cheap these days.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
