Migrating windows 10

So I recently installed an ssd and want to migrate just windows 10 to the ssd- I’ve read that I should use macrium reflect but I’ve not found a clear explanation on how to move only windows 10, can anyone explain how to do this?

Only selected files? No, that is not how it works. You can clone whole partition or none.

You can migrate a whole partition or a whole drive. 

 

If you have a partition with an OS and files in it which is too big for the SSD, you could delete files and shrink the partition to size (I think).

No, shrinking is not necessary when you're using Macrium Reflect. Only size of files must be smaller than capacity of new drive.

Well in that case it's even better, just delete some files (which of course means, back them up somewhere) and migrate.
