what motherboard, PSU, GPU and most importantly Boot drive do you have?

 

Theoretically you can get an i7 2600k for like 50bucks but that's worse than a new R3 3100X BUT lets you keep most of what you have.

Well yes considering if you have 500-600€. A Ryzen 3200G with 2x4(8GB) RAM 3000MHz and an MSI board.
