pc keeps going to black screen on start up, all the fans go crazy.

all my bios are upto date and i have not personally overclocked my system 

 

if anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated

are there any error lights on your motherboard?

if so what do they indicate

Drain all the electricity maybe? Unlpug the pc and press and hold down the power button for 10 seconds

So it only black screens after it starts loading windows? Can you boot into safe mode?
