How hot can a gigabyte nvidia gtx 1650 super windforce with 1 fan get while gaming? 

I am getting 75°c constantly in valorant.

While playing Gta 5 online i got maximum 84°c, is it ok?

 

What temperature is "safe" and i shouldn't worry about?

85 and under is pretty safe.

Yes. This is perfectly normal. You should start to worry when you get over 90 I mean 85 is maximum. But no. This is not a problem. Also have you overclocked it? This could lead to higher temps.

Yeah. But I meant like you used an oc software to overclock it. You have to do it manually. If you haven't then it is fine
