You think 1050W is enough or i should use 1200W or 1500W ?

You should be perfectly fine with 1050. If I'm not mistaken your CPU + GPUs + Ram should put you in the 750W range.

I have the same cards and see system load at the wall reported at ~900 watts (according to Corsair iCUE software) with low to moderate CPU load and both GPUs under high load. While I'm guessing you could probably get by with the 1050 watt unit, I am always a proponent of having more power than you need. I would recommend at least 1200 watts to be safe and have better efficiency under high load. Just my 2¢.

Gotta agree - If you're not sure, get what you know will make it work.

Your system is going to use x amount of wattage no matter what and the PSU itself won't change the power requirements of a build, plus one of a higher wattage isn't going to make it use more than a smaller one would.

They simply supply the power it calls for, they don't literally ram wattage into a system as some might think and the PSU's wattage rating is just that - It can supply that much power if the demand for it is ever there.

This is what I have and it's a reliable unit - No issues with the two I have and both are at least 5 years old with some HEAVY OC's done with them over time including an 8+ GHz validation on at least two occasions, both being within the past two months or so ago along with runs in the 7+GHz range along the way.

I will personally vouch for how good they are and would buy another if I ever have to.
The price is right too for such a unit.

I will mention the unit is BIG so make sure to get the dimensions of it before ordering. If need be I could do that for you directly.

I guess you never owned one like I have  - These two have held up very well over the past 5 years under extreme useage and are still working fine to this day.
Just because it isn't a Corsair or whatever name doesn't mean it's bad - Or good TBH, but I can and do vouch for these.

I would rather say, they're a crap shoot.

They're not all garbage.

Problem is, their buying team (a division of Newegg headquartered in China) is much like your average PSU customer.  They only look at wattage, efficiency and if it's modular.  Performance criteria isn't even part of the process.

The Hercules 1600W is the same as the High Power Rock Solid 1600W.    It's really not a bad PSU if it'll fit in your case:  https://www.techpowerup.com/review/rosewill-hercules-1600/

They're super cheap right now because Newegg did a HUGE BUY of them when BitCoin was going crazy.  The BitCoin crashed and they got stuck with a couple containers worth.  It's costing them more to warehouse them then it does to sell them below cost.

I can't argue with the above - Anything you buy can be a crapshoot no matter who makes it.

There are certain known tendencies out there for sure but I haven't heard much about them being bad. In my experience running these over time with the useage I've ran them for I'm perfectly happy with these and would buy another without thinking about it if I had to.

Cheap/Poor quality PSU's WILL NOT let you do crazy stuff like this because they just can't handle it:
Bones`s SuperPi - 1M score: 9sec 437ms with a FX-9590

Bones`s SuperPi - 32M score: 11min 21sec 890ms with a Phenom II X4 960T BE

Bones`s SuperPi - 32M score: 9min 47sec 235ms with a FX-9590

Plenty more where those came from.

The price itself right now is about as good as it gets for that wattage range too, for the $$ it's worth taking a chance on to get one of that wattage rating.

EDIT:
@ the OP:

These PSU are large in size, be sure of it's dimensions if you decide to get one. I can measure it out and post them if you'd like so you'd know if it's gonna fit in your setup or not.

Except you can't really prove the PSU unit is inferior vs others like it.

If you have a personal bias against the Rosewill name for some reason just say so - I have one against MSI over past issues with VRM troubles they had yet I'm not going to bash them at every turn either.

Some of their stuff is actually quite good TBH - In fact I have one now that's done well up until now with one of these Rosewill PSU's.
Bones`s Memory Frequency score: 2232.8 MHz with a DDR4 SDRAM

What I've posted are results from me personally, it's real world results from someone that can and does go to the extreme limit running these with systems cooled with LN2. If they are truly inferior I'm sure by now something would have gone "Boom" here but it hasn't, both units still work fine to this day as said.
