Where does this fan cable go?

Case: Phanteks P400A

MOBO: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC

 

Please help I've been struggling for hours trying to connect my RGB fan cables.

I may be wrong, but I think this cable is for syncing the RGB color across all the fans. There must be a male and female connector from the fans itself intended to be interconnected with each other.

Kindly give some information about the fans too.

Is your case the P400A or P400S?

 

If you already have the front three fans connected already then it is an extra connector.
