Old graphics software on win10

Hello, i have a ATI Radeon HD 3650, and am trying to get  the software for it. I have drivers, but I  can't seem to find any for windows 10, is there any, and if so, where do I find it?

I could use some help with this!

Far as I know, the 3650 isn't supported in Windows 10.  Windows default driver should work tho, no?

Correct, there is no official support for Radeon HD 4000 series and older...because they do not support Windows 10.
