For HWiNFO screenshots it's useful to use the blue arrow icons in the bottom left to expand the window and add a second column.

If you want a better memory experience, get this kit here.

It's not RGB, but actually decently binned B-Die. Notice the timings at freq..

I love to but I hope the shop approves if I exchange it. I recently bought the whole rig last may 13. :(

Fingers Crossed.

But that's all the problem is for you I think....

Lower binned B-Die will have crazy loose timings like Hynix.

18-22-22 is major loose.

So if you cannot do an exchange, the best bet would be to lower the timing set at 3200mt/s which would bring probably better latency than 3600mt/s CL 18-22-22.

So you said it wouldn't boot when you increased DRAM voltage and you're running it on Auto now?

To a certain degree the dram will stop leveraging the extra voltage

If the memory controller can't run it at such speeds I recommend what @ShrimpBrime said and just go for lower frequency and looser timing since it is practically the same as a worse timing but higher frequency kit

I really don't think it's the memory controller.  I think it's a combination of the board and the RAM.

Newegg ships internationally.

How very helpful.  Though I'd imagine that if the local shop is going to accept his return it is gonna be now and not later and he is gonna want another kit ASAP.  How long do you think international shipping would take?  He might be able to time it right.

No idea. That's all on him those decisions.

I just try to point in the right direction for a better experience.

Since he's looking to get some performance, he needs a different kit of memory.

Or

We could help him target better performance at 3200mt/s, But I have a feeling that memory will still be difficult to work with even at that speed.

One thing I don't understand MSI doing -- why would you have Memory Fast Boot set to enabled by default?  Memory training seems pretty important to me.

Because a default system is 2133mhz. So they set it as a default for fast first post I suppose.

I can see that, but people building a system aren't going to be running RAM at 2133MHz.  They should realize that.  Perhaps once you find rock-solid stable settings then I can see that feature being useful, but it seems a source of frustration for those who don't know it's on or don't know what it does.

There's a lot of people that build a pc and just turn it on and go gaming.

They havent the slightest clue.

But at least not buying prebuilts most of them.

The average joe is misinformed and underinformed.

So yea, I agree as long as a person knows what XMP is or better yet for AMD users DOCP which is the same thing. Even yet additional confusion.

Then these users open Ryzen Master.....

Explaining the PPT EDC stuff is fun. It's not really cpu related.

It's included for enthusiasts I think.

Why would an average gamer need to know what Electrical design current is??
