What I recommend doing is setting XMP and then increasing DRAM voltage to something like 1.38V.  Different boards will set certain secondary timings differently and that can require more than 1.35V.

Yes I know lol

But maybe by the slim ( very very slim ) chance that the memory controller can't handle it because it has bad silicon

But you must be stupid unlucky do have such bad memory controller

Then you should be getting new RAM.

On Samsung b-die you can feel safe up to 1.5V and some folks even run higher than that for their daily setup.

Hmmmm, I'm afraid I won't be of help now.  I'm guessing it's either Thaiphoon Burner reading the die type wrong or the kit is bad b-die.  And then it might also be the board needing something that I wouldn't know how to troubleshoot.  You may be better served by a community for that specific board.

I actually tried importing the xmp and manually setting each timing, after that my computer wont boot even into bios so I had to reset my BIOS (which is very super hassle lol). So now I'll just ask the store if they can change my 3600mhz to something lower or refund since I can only use 3400mhz.

Damn, that would have been an easy fix.

Last ditch effort -- increase DRAM voltage to 1.45.  Only set XMP/DOCP and don't adjust anything, but voltage.  Do you have HWiNFO installed?  If not then install it and see if your board reports DRAM voltage.  Doing this to verify that your board is setting DRAM voltage properly and to see if it droops.

I mean 1.35V should be close enough.  We are just trying to account for any timings the board might set tighter than the kit was validated at.

I just read that Memory Fast Boot skips the memory training.  That probably isn't helping in this situation.

Attempt 1: Enable XMP > Disable Memory Fast Boot > 1.45v = Crashed at start up

Attempt 2: Enable XMP > Disable Memory Fast Boot > Leave Voltage at Auto = Successful start up (BUT I haven't tried any games yet)

Do me a favor -- with HWiNFO use Sensors and not that screen you have been using.  There isn't anything useful there.
