I'm working on a parts list but I have 3 quick questions:

  1. Do you want a motherboard that supports the next generation of Ryzen CPUs?
  2. What kind of part availability do you have in India? I can meet the budget in USD but I have no idea what parts would or wouldn't be available.
  3. How soon do you need this?

If you're at 1080p you should be good with a 2060 super. I couldn't spec out a build with the 2070 super without cutting corners in other areas that I personally wouldn't recommend.

Well I didn't see a reply so I assumed you wanted it right now, you don't care about next gen Ryzen support, and you have decent part availability. I was able to get a 2070 Super in it with almost no RGB! (almost all motherboards have some...sorry). Here's what I'd get:

A few notes:

  • I just put $15 for Win 10 Pro OEM cause that's the most I'd expect you to pay on eBay or a number of other sites (which is what I'd recommend doing, unless you have a Win 8 or even Win 7 key lying around as they'll likely work just fine)
  • The Ryzen 6 3600 stock cooler is pretty good but a bit loud. If you want it a bit quieter, the one @Sorenson recommended is a decent option.
  •  Frankly, if you can I’d probably wait at least a month or two for B550 (which will at the very least likely make B450 cheaper) or until the next gen Ryzen professor come out if you can stand it that long

I realize after looking at yours that I could have totally fit a 2070 super in, I just thought the 2070 super was way more fore some reason.

The one I put in is definitely on the cheaper side of the 2070 Supers. I personally think the EVGA ones are the gold standard but they cost a bit more. But unless they need this system right now I’d wait a few months anyways

Yes please next generation rysen also

I can get 90% of parts here a little more expensive though

And I don't have a rush as my current laptop is kind of working

How soon do you need the computer? If you can wait 4-5 months you can probably just get the next gen Ryzen (instead of just have it be compatible and likely the next generation of GPUs from Nvidia and maybe AMD too.

Sure thing! If you can wait that long, I definitely would. At minimum it'll mean all the current stuff will get cheaper as well. By Christmas I expect:

  • AMD Ryzen 4000 series CPUs (and X670 chipset with it)
  • AMD B550 Chipset (this is already "out" but nothing is actually shipping with it yet)
  • Nvidia 3000 series GPUs
  • Maybe AMD "Big Navi" GPUs

Hard to make that call right now. The 2000 series ones will certainly come down in price but it's hard to say by how much

I am assuming your budget is around 90,000 INR to 100,000 INR

Like others have mentioned here, it's better to wait for new RTX 3000 series GPUs and new Ryzen 4th Gen processors, either the price of components will decrease or you'll get better performance for same price

But if you don't wanna wait, I would recommend the following components

  • Ryzen 5 3600 CPU

  • X570 Motherboard, either ASUS TUF GAMING X570 PLUS (Wi-Fi) or MSi MPG X570 Gaming Edge (Wi-Fi)  (you'll be able to upgrade to Ryzen 4th Gen in the future if you go for a X570 Motherboard), you can also get a cheaper X570 motherboard and use the money saved for a better SSD or GPU

  • RTX 2060 Super GPU, or if you can spend some extra money by cutting corners else where, go for an RTX 2070 GPU

  • Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (8GBx2) 3200MHz DDR4 RAM or G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB (8GBx2) 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM

  • 480 GB SATA SSD (Adata/Samsung/Crucial/Western Digital/Intel), or an M.2 NVMe SSD (if your budget allows, great performance)

  • 2TB 7200 RPM HDD (Barracuda, preferably), if budget is tight, go for the 5400 RPM version

  • Antec Dark Phantom DP501 Case

  • Corsair/SeaSonic 600W or 650W 80+ Gold Rated Fully Modular Power Supply, Antec power supplies offer higher wattage for same price, but i don't know about their performance
