Depends entirely on your case and what you're using it for.

Personally I'd prefer the single fan because it's quieter, and it'll probably not make a huge difference in a normal case.

I’ve got a little 92x38 3900rpm screamer that pushes a lot more air than my 130cfm TY-143, sometimes big things come in small packages..  you have to use it on a controller. It barely works at 5v lol.

The 120mm and 80mm mounts are for cooling different sections of the case. It depends on which parts you're focusing on cooling. 

If you don't have particularly warm running drives, the 120mm would be more useful for cooling other system components like the motherboard and graphics card.
