Depends entirely on your case and what you're using it for.

Personally I'd prefer the single fan because it's quieter, and it'll probably not make a huge difference in a normal case.

I’ve got a little 92x38 3900rpm screamer that pushes a lot more air than my 130cfm TY-143, sometimes big things come in small packages..  you have to use it on a controller. It barely works at 5v lol.
